This is hard to believe but MN actually closed all of its schools today because it is -22 outside. I guess this means a heavy dose of cabin fever and more Toy Story to come.
I have never heard of such a thing. I can understand that schools will close if there is a heavy snow storm, a crazy guy running around with a gun, or no running power. I think that this temperature thing could work great in good ol' AZ. How about no school if it is 115 or greater?

It was 15 yesterday and it is reading 7 right now. Pretty miserable if you ask me. Thanks but not moving north any time soon!!!Hang in there. We are thinking about yopu!
