My 25

I really don't have anything to post. So, just like most people, I was tagged and here it is........



1. I love Halloween
2. My hair was so wild as a little girl that my Dad called me Diana Ross
3. Licorice grosses me out. I can’t even stand the smell of it.
4. I still cry when I think about my brother-in-law…I miss him terribly.
5. I love rollar coasters but cannot handle regular rides.
6. I met my husband when I was 17 yrs old but did not marry him until I was 23.
7. I dream of going back to school and getting my Master’s in Deaf Education.
8. My middle name is Orpha and not Oprah.
9. I love grapefruits to death.
10. I have zero tolerance for country music.
11. I joined Book Club strictly for socializing purposes.
12. When I was 8 yrs old I broke my arm while babysitting four little kids. Imagine that? No wonder. I did a cartwheel off the arm of a couch.
13. I went on a ride-along with my Dad when he was a police officer. It turned into an actual high-speed pursuit…no joke!
14. I’m a Mexican food snob.
15. I wish that I could swing dance.
16. I still watch Seinfeld and I still laugh just as hard.
17. I miss my family and friends terribly.
18. I have a fear of heights and deep water.
19. I’m pretty sure that I’m the only person on earth that loves Sherbet ice cream. I never buy it because nobody likes it. I tried to find it at the grocery store and they too gave up on selling it.
20. I still mourn the loss of my Mexican maiden name. Maybe I could switch from Farnsworth to Fuentes???? I don’t think that Will would agree to that.
21. I spent my teenage years going to a ton of punk rock concerts. My favorite one was The Ramones. It has been 14 yrs since I have been to any concert. I guess those days are long over.
22. I love Kindergarten. I loved being a little kindergartner myself and I loved it even more when I was the teacher. I am so thankful that I was able to live my dream job.
23. This residency life has forced me to become independent, busy, and stop feeling sorry for myself.
24. I backpacked Europe when I was 20 yrs old. Still dreaming of going back.
25. I’m still holding out hope that curly hair will make a comeback
